Is your teen often anxious and self-critical, with friends who don't support them? Our mindful yoga class can help. It's more than exercise; it's a holistic approach to well-being. This class equips your teen with tools to combat anxiety and self-doubt. Our small, judgment-free classes focus on slow, reflective yoga. Each session starts with setting an intention to guide the week's practice, followed by warm-up, mindful poses with pauses for reflection, and ending with a guided meditation. What to bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, and loose clothing. Bare feet are preferred for better grip, but socks are fine if your surface is not slippery. Optional: yoga block and strap (or substitutes like books and a belt). Credentials: Certified Yoga Alliance teacher with over 1000 teaching hours, certified life coach, and meditation guide. Valid Blue Card. This class aims to empower your teen to be more mindful, self-aware, and confident, helping them connect with the right friends and find their true selves.
