Feeling anxious or overwhelmed? Craving some 'me-time'? This class is your sanctuary for self-care and stress relief. Yoga is more than exercise; it's a union of mind, body, and spirit. This class offers key tools to alleviate self-doubt and anxiety, helping you reconnect with your true self. In this judgment-free zone, no experience is needed. I guide you through a personal journey of slow, mindful yoga. Classes are intentionally small, with a maximum of 10 participants. Our sessions include pauses for reflection, enhancing body-mind connection and self-awareness. We start with a discussion and intention-setting, encouraging you to carry this focus throughout the week. We'll warm up, engage in mindful practice with reflective pauses, and conclude with a meditation (savasana). Feel free to bring a blanket or pillows for comfort. Supplies Needed: * Yoga mat or towel (ensure it's not on a slippery surface) * Bare feet are ideal for grip; yoga socks are an alternative * Water and comfortable clothing * Optional: yoga blocks/straps or substitutes like a thick book and belt Please listen to your body; yoga is physical, and injuries can occur.
