Terms and Conditions

Online Classes

  1. Booking and Participation: To participate in online classes, please book at least 30 minutes before the class starts to receive the Zoom link. Ensure you have an up-to-date version of the Zoom application on your device. If you already have Zoom, make sure to check for updates within the application.

  2. Technical Requirements: You'll need a functioning webcam, microphone, and a stable internet connection. For safety, we request participants to share their video at least once to verify their identity. This is especially important for classes involving tweens and teens. While not mandatory, leaving your video on throughout the class enhances the social experience.

  3. Recording: All online classes are recorded for quality assurance and safety purposes. Recordings are not made public, and access is limited to teachers and enrolled students. Recordings are retained for three months and then deleted.

  4. Equipment & SuppliesMake sure to have any equipment or supplies needed for classes or workshops. Descriptions and emails will list any supplies or equipment that you will need. Being prepared is the responsibility of the participant to be ready prior to start of the class or the workshop.

In-Person Classes

  1. Booking and Participation: For in-person classes, kindly book your spot through the website at least 30 minutes before the class begins. You have the option to pay online or in person.

  2. Equipment & SuppliesMake sure to have any equipment or supplies needed for classes or workshops. Descriptions and emails will list any supplies or equipment that you will need. Being prepared is the responsibility of the participant to be ready prior to start of the class or the workshop.

Payment Plans

  1. Fees: Class prices apply per participant, whether online or in person. Each participant joining an online class must be enrolled and paid for individually.

  2. Monthly Plans: Adult & Teen monthly plans offer a set number of classes within the month, applicable to online yoga, meditation, and yoga in the park. Plans don't cover workshops, retreats, coaching, or NDIS classes. NDIS classes are invoiced based on your NDIS plan's goals and funding.

  3. 10 Packs: These are intended for individual use and have no expiration date. They are valid for regular yoga or meditation classes, excluding workshops, retreats, coaching, or NDIS classes.

  4. NDIS Invoiced: NDIS classes are billed in line with your NDIS plan's objectives and funding. Regular classes are billed based on the number of participants attending, under Core or Capacity Building funding. Private sessions are available upon request.

Standard Refund/Reschedule Terms
